OUR MISSION

It is our goal to create transparency in the system.

We expect each subscription customer to have communication with our staff attorneys and independent contractor state attorneys.

In addition, we wish to provide as much information and support to help you, the customer, make an informed decision regarding your personal automated debt settlement system.

No attorney can make the decisions for you, but we can give you the benefit of our legal training as attorneys.

The only guarantee which we promise is that our attorneys are licensed members of the Bar in good standing. FBL and Associates non attorney employees cannot give legal advice. That is the role of our attorneys. Between our staff attorneys, independent contract attorneys and our reserve attorneys FBL and Associates has an arsenal of just under 500 lawyers. It is our view that FBL and Associates is one of the largest prepaid debt defense firms in the country.
 
WE WISH TO MAKE IT CLEAR

    Our role is to find independent contractor state attorneys who will be licensed in the consumer's state.

    In addition, our role is to support you the consumer with any questions that you may have regarding your personal automated debt settlement software. In addition we provide both staff attorneys and independent contract attorneys who support you.

    We do not make loans.

    We do not accept any fees to hold any of your money for the purposes of paying your bills.

    There will be circumstances where FBL and associates staff attorneys will represent you in court proceddings depending on your contract agreement. However when an independent contract attorney or reserve attorney represents you FBL and Associates is not the legal entity who is providing the legal representation.

    We are not a debt management, debt counseling or debt settlement company

    We do not pay your bills directly to your creditors.
